Generate a compliant manifest per recipient. The driver taps start and the vehicle logs its position throughout. Receiver signs on the driver's phone at the door.

Add a driver and send them a login. On a run they see each stop, navigate to it, mark arrival, log the cargo temperature, and hand the phone to whoever's receiving so they can sign.

Location can only be recorded by the driver actually assigned to that run. That's enforced at the database, not by policy — which is what makes the record worth having.
