Enterprise annual-contract installments remain due through the contract year; cancellation stops the next annual renewal. Cancellation during the trial avoids starting the contract. Cancellation does not delete your records. Founder pricing is lost when the subscription ends.

Download and keep your export first. We record your request and disconnect Metrc credentials immediately. We review it within 30 days and explain any records retained for legal, billing or dispute obligations. Your account remains accessible during review. This does not cancel billing; use the cancellation control above.
